Cue the "Mo Money, Mo Problems" jokes: According to TMZ, onetime Bad Boy superstar Ma$e, the rapper behind such '90s hits as "Feel So Good" and "What You Want," owes the IRS $124,774.85 in back taxes.

The enormous bill is the result of unpaid taxes in 2000, 2001 and 2004 -- years the MC was out of the game and working as a pastor, the gossip site reports.

Luckily, Ma$e is rumored to be recording with French Montana and Rick Ross, and the latter is supposedly considering signing the debt-plagued rhymer to his Maybach Music Group.

If the deal goes through, and he finds his way back to the pop charts, the Harlem spitter might be able to look Uncle Sam in the face and tell him, "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down." Otherwise, he may need a former associate -- god, Diddy, etc. -- to bail him out.
