Kanye West and Kim Kardashian haven't publicly announced their romance -- besides the rapper mentioning his feelings for the reality TV star on his "Way Too Cold" track -- but that hasn't stopped them from spending time together in the public eye.

On Saturday (April 21), the new couple strolled around New York City, stopping for ice cream and looking in good spirits as the paparazzi snapped photos of the two in action. A day later, Kim headed back to L.A. without 'Ye by her side, but she kept him close in another way -- by wearing jewelry inspired by his initials.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was photographed wearing gold KW earrings, which are obviously Kanye West's initials.
