After releasing several songs

from his upcoming sophomore album, 'Take Care,' via his October's Very Own blog, Drake has finally dropped his official first single, 'Headlines.'

The Young Money rapper announced the name of his single last week, and subsequently posted it for download on his blog Sunday (July 31), just hours before he took the stage to perform with Lil Wayne and Stevie Wonder at his OVO Music Festival in his hometown of Toronto, Canada.

Helmed by Boi-1da and Noah "40" Shebib, 'Headlines' is yet another rumination on the consequences of fame, in a similar style and tone, though slightly more upbeat than previous 'Take Care' leaks, 'Dreams Money Can Buy' and the somber, oft-covered 'Marvin's Room.'

"I had someone tell me I fell off, ooh I needed that/ And they want to see me pick back up, well, where'd I leave it at?" Drake spits, before crooning a threat to his critics. "You know good and well that you don't want a problem like that/ You gon' make someone around me catch a body like that/ No, don't do it, please don't do it/ 'Cause one of us goes in and we all go through it/ And Drizzy got the money so Drizzy gon' pay it/ Those my brothers I ain't even gotta say it."

Drake's 'Take Care' hits stores on October 24, with guest features from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Stevie Wonder.
