Doctors are expecting singer Sean Kingston will make a full recovery in six weeks, following a jet ski accident that left him in critical condition initially, however he is now stable.

According to CNN, two sources close to Kingston confirmed that he will recover from his ailments, which include a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs.

The 21-year-old was riding a jet ski with his friend Cassandra Sanchez on Sunday (May 29) evening, and was thrown from the watercraft after hitting a Miami bridge. Jonathon Rivera, the Coast Guard member who jumped into the water to save Kingston after the crash, revealed that the singer was puking up blood, and that those around him were having trouble keeping him above water after his life vest became unhooked.

Both Kingston and his passenger were rushed to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. "I pushed him up, and he was vomiting what seemed like water, and then there was some blood coming out," Rivera said.

In an interview with TMZ, Rivera also noted that Kingston was responsive, repeating the words "I'm going to be okay," as he waited for help to arrive.

Kingston had just purchased the Sea Doo Jet Ski one day prior to the accident. He was also moving into a new home in Miami, according to the source.

Since the accident, many of the 'Beautiful Girls' singer's friends and colleagues have shown their support. Justin Bieber wrote a note on Twitter and Nicki Minaj also tweeted kind words about Kingston and hoped for a speedy recovery, while tennis star Serena Williams visited him in the hospital yesterday (May 31).
