While fans are currently waiting for a full-length release from a post-incarcerated Prodigy, the Queens rapper is tiding fans over with a little giveaway. The Mobb Deep member has unleashed his new EP, 'The Ellsworth Bumpy Johnson,' dropping the seven-track freebie via Complex.com earlier today.

The project, which Prodigy recorded in the months following the completion of his prison sentence, keeps the focus almost entirely on P, enlisting Mobb Deep partner Havoc to lay the EP's sole guest verse on 'Twilight.' The gruff spitter also rhymed exclusively over beats from producers the Alchemist, Sid Roams and King Benny.

Prodigy's recent output has been relatively slow. Under the Mobb Deep skein, he reunited with Nas on the Alchemist-produced 'Dog S---' earlier this month, releasing an additional solo track for the fans dubbed 'Love Y'all More,' in March.

'The Ellsworth Bumpy Johnson' EP coincides with today's release of his new book 'My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep's Prodigy,' while listeners can expect to hear more from P with forthcoming guest features on tracks by Curren$y, Jim Jones and Waka Flock Flame.
