Despite throwing a violent tantrum after his appearance on 'Good Morning America' Tuesday morning (March 22), Chris Brown appeared in good spirits at the release party for his new album, 'F.A.M.E.,' held at New York's Webster Hall last night.

Performing at the event, Brown made the most of the release party for his fourth album, partying, dancing and bringing out featured guests Waka Flocka Flame, Lloyd Banks and Bow Wow to perform alongside him. "I wasn't gonna perform tonight, but f--- it!" Brown announced. "A lot of wack s--- happened today."

Though Brown canceled his appearance on MTV's 'The Seven' after the incident at 'Good Morning America,' his video for the Benny Benassi-produced third single from 'F.A.M.E.,' 'Beautiful People,' premiered instead.

The video cobbles together a feel-good collection of personal footage, including a dancing T-Pain and a gang of shots of Brown traveling on a scooter with West Coast rap trio the Rej3ctz. A slew of Brown's friends and fellow artists make appearances, among them Brandy, Pharrell Williams, Swizz Beatz, Nelly, Game, Estelle, Omarion, Timbaland and more.

Meanwhile, ABC has confirmed that they will not be pressing charges against the singer, and will still be featuring him on their popular show 'Dancing with the Stars' on Tuesday, March 29, as scheduled.

Chris Brown's fourth album, 'F.A.M.E.,' features Ludacris, Justin Bieber, Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne, and is currently in stores.
