Nicki Minaj's 'Pink Friday' album has done a pretty respectable job since it's November release. The album moved 375,000 units and landed at the No. 2 spot on the Billboard charts during its debut week, and reached gold certification this week. But good sales won't always quiet the haters.

Nicki's former manager Debra Antney -– also known as Waka Flocka Flame's mother –- had a less-than-positive review of 'Pink Friday.' "It's terrible. I like some stuff, but she went too left. I don't think people were ready for her to come [out with pop]," Antney told Vibe. "I think ['Pink Friday'] was very disappointing to a lot of her fans. She didn't need a lot of [the] features. That was one of the biggest things like ... you gave people so many features, give them you now. Nicki could be so much better because -- outside of anything that people say -- she's very multi-talented. I really wish that she would learn to be more of an artist."

As far as one of the album's standout tracks 'Roman's Revenge,' the Lil' Kim diss track that features Eminem, Antney was less than enthused. "I didn't particularly care for ['Roman's Revenge'], but when Eminem came in I liked it," she said. "He made the song. [Nicki] didn't have to go there with [Lil' Kim]."

It's natural to wonder whether these negative comments have anything to do with Nicki's decision to skip out on her management deal with Antney's Mizay Entertainment earlier this year. But, at least after all of that, she still had one nice thing to say. "So I was just a little disappointed [by her album], but If she likes it, I love it."
