The Beastie Boys' '(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party!)' is still considered one of the best and most iconic videos from MTV's golden age. Featuring the three bad Beasties starting one of the more epic pie fights in recorded history, the clip cemented the New York rappers as party kings -- a stereotype they would battle to erase throughout the rest of their storied career.

Fortunately, enough time has passed and film-obsessed Beastie MCA, real name Adam Yauch, has written and directed a short film follow-up to show what happened to the original characters after their classic video. The short will actually premiere at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and features a totally ridiculous list of big-time actors, including Elijah Wood, Danny McBride, Seth Rogen, Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Jack Black. From a preview photograph, it actually appears that Rogen, Wood and McBride will be playing Mike D, Ad-Rock and MCA respectively. Amazing!

Sundance takes place from January 20-30, 2011 in Park City, Utah. The Beastie Boys return to the hip-hop world with 'Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2' in Spring 2011 via Capitol. Check out the original video and just try not to flip your desk over and spray a bottle of Coke in the air. We sort of dare you.
