Gucci Mane was arrested on Tuesday (Nov. 2) for a slew of traffic and driving violations, but the rapper was released from Atlanta's Fulton County Jail on Wednesday, after all charges against him were dropped.

He was granted his freedom during a court hearing on Wednesday morning where Judge R. Roberts ruled that the court would not pursue the multiple charges that were brought against the recently incarcerated rapper. The case has been dropped "for want of prosecution," but the judge has warned that the charges could be reinstated at a later date.

Gucci Mane -- real name, Radric Davis -- was held overnight in the Fulton County Jail, after being arrested on violations that included driving with no license or proof of insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to obey a traffic control device, damage to government property and obstruction. He was pepper sprayed before succumbing to arrest and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital before landing behind bars.

Gucci wrapped up a six month stint in the Fulton County Jail this past May, after violating the terms of his parole.
