T.I. may be getting the ax from his endorsement deal with AXE. Following the rapper's arrest for felony drug possession last week, the grooming product company is currently reviewing their relationship with the troubled emcee, most likely fearing that their endorsement could be seen as backing his poor decisions.

According to TMZ, a rep for the company said that they were "troubled by [T.I.'s] arrest" and are currently "reviewing our promotional activities." Though the endorsement never really took form through any specific product promotions, the business deal saw Tip throwing an AXE-sponsored comeback concert last month in New York City.

Tip's other post-prison endorsement deals include Global Creative Consultant for Rémy Martin Cognac, and a joint venture with his AKOO clothing brand and Yamaha for a custom sports bike. The rapper sold AXE on the basis that he was trying to improve his life and make better choices.

If convicted for his arrest, the Hotlanta emcee will face a lengthy jail sentence for violating his probation. Prior, T.I. served a prison sentence for bearing illegal firearms from May '09 to December '09, staying in a halfway house until March '10 and then getting released on a three-year probation.
