Foxy Brown has been a whole lot of legal hot water recently, getting arrested for an altercation with her neighbor and testifying before a grand jury to sort out the drama. But it looks as though problems in the law run in the family. Foxy's brother, Gavin 'Pretty Boy' Marchand, was included in a group arrest of men who used stolen credit cards to buy designer clothes in Manhattan.

The arrest, which took place on Aug. 7, came after he and his associates bought a forged American Express card in an attempt to go on an $8,000 shopping spree at the Hermes store. The 35-year-old and his comrades fled the store after his accomplice, 31-year-old Warren David, tried to use the card, prompting surveillance police to go after the runaway vehicle in a high-speed chase.

"I don't know anything about that," said Foxy as she left a courtroom yesterday after testifying before a grand jury.

Gavin, who could face up to eight years in prison if found guilty, served as Foxy's manager for a short while as well as executive producer on her third album 'Broken Silence,' released in 2001. He was also part of Foxy's short-lived group Fox 5, who appeared on her shelved fourth LP 'Ill Na Na 2: The Fever.'
