Fresh off the news of her separation from husband The-Dream, singer Christina Milian is speaking out about the status of the relationship. Milian took to her Twitter writing a message perhaps confirming rumors of infidelity. "WHATEVER YOU THINK ... BELIEVE IT," she wrote. The former couple hadn't been photographed together in months, sparking rumors that an impending split was on the horizon.

Adding insult to injury, several stories in the blogosphere accused Dream of cheating on his wife of less than a year, and new pictures of him frolicking in the Caribbean with his assistant, Melissa Santiago, prompted the producer/singer-songwriter to release a statement confirming the split noting that he was "saddened" that the marriage was "unsuccessful."

After being all but inseparable for most of last year, the two solidified their relationship by getting married and welcoming a newborn baby girl, Violet, earlier this year. The former couple was also said to be working on new music together, and leaked the track 'Welcome to Vegas,' commemorating their love story which took them from Sin City to a small wedding ceremony in Rome, Italy. After all this drama we think it's safe to say that they may not be collaborating on Milian's long-delayed 'Elope' album.
