UsherIt looks likes Usher's pending divorce, just got ugly. The R&B star is accusing his soon-to-be ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond, of sneaking onto his property and scratching up one his cars. According to TMZ, by the time law enforcement made it to the property, Foster-Raymond was nowhere to be found. After interviewing both parties, police concluded that there was not enough evidence to confirm that Foster-Raymond defaced the car.

This isn't the firs time she has unlawfully entered the Grammy winner's property. A source claims that the 38-year-old wouldn't leave his house a few days prior to this latest incident. The cops were called but when the arrived, she fled the scene.

Since filing for divorce in June, the former couple has been taking jabs at each other through the media. Usher recently released the single 'Papers' in which he chronicles the dissolution of his marriage. "I ain't afraid to say I have needs," he sings. "The only time you here for me is when the bottles poppin' and everything is sweet."

Tameka fought back claiming the he is to blame for the hold-up on finalizing the divorce because he won't sign the papers. She also doesn't seem too happy about his latest song and blogged about her disdain. "To be or not to be...but at what cost? It's almost inconceivable the lengths that some artists & entertainers feel obligated to go to keep themselves in the headlines," she wrote. "I think it's important to understand the premise of letting a character that's been created for fans drown out who you really are. One easily can become a zombie, while the people who love them waste away looking for the sea salt. It becomes so easy to sell your soul to the entertainment business while creating an illusion of grandeur. Hence, this painfully obvious thirst for relevance that completely overshadows sensibility."

Only time will tell if this added "drama" will boost sales of his forthcoming album 'Raymond vs. Raymond.' Both parties have yet to comment on the incident.
