2 Chainz was being watched this weekend, and it wasn't by the Feds. The rapper, who recently released his Pharrell-assisted new song, "Feds Watching," was robbed at gunpoint Sunday (June 9).

TMZ reports that Deuce was in San Francisco at the time of the incident. At 4:30PM, police responded to a "shots-fired call." When they arrived at the scene, they found the rhymer, who was apparently uncooperative with the investigation -- he wanted to deal with the matter on his own.

He claimed that his wallet was stolen and nothing else.

Surveillance video of the area where the robbery took place showed 2 Chainz was the intended target. Also in the video were members of his entourage fleeing, most likely due to the gunshots being fired.

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the crime.
